I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms had lovely elegant decor, but the view overlooked the heating and cooling systems, as well as a parking lot with a large dumpster. The hotel felt upscale like a British tea room, which was charming. The service was lacking due to the rudeness of one staff member, but interactions with the front desk staff and room service were pleasant. The location was convenient for exploring the city, with many restaurants nearby and easy access to transportation. Despite some drawbacks, the dining experience at LaCroix overlooking the park was delightful, but there was some confusion about the meal inclusions.
